X8k Terms and Conditions – Must read before use

1. Introduction & Consent

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the x8k platform (https://x8k.onl) and all its services. x8k is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform operating under the Curacao eGaming authority.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between x8k and the user. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms.

X8k reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly.

2. Account Register

To open an account with x8k, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Online betting must not be legally prohibited in the country from which you are accessing x8k.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• Creating an account under someone else's name or with a false identity is strictly prohibited.

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. x8k accepts no liability for unauthorized access to an account. If you forget your password or notice any suspicious activity, contact support immediately.

X8k reserves the right to reject any account registration at any time, without providing a specific reason.

3. Deposits & Payments

X8k supports all major payment methods in Bangladesh, including Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–15 minutes.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted. Any such deposit, if detected, will be returned and the account will be placed under review.
• If a deposit fails, please contact support with the transaction reference number.

X8k does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees in accordance with their policies, which is outside x8k's control.

4. Withdrawal Policy

X8k is committed to ensuring fast and reliable withdrawals. However, the following rules must be observed:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Funds derived from bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
• If KYC verification is not completed, large withdrawal requests may be subject to delays.
• X8k reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold and conduct an investigation in cases of suspicious activity.

X8k does not charge any processing fees on withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

X8k offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer carries its own terms and conditions. However, some general rules apply to all bonuses:

• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the applicable wagering requirement, typically 15x–30x.
• The same person may not use multiple accounts to claim the same bonus.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days; once expired, they are automatically cancelled.
• Your account must be active and verified to participate in any promotion.
• If a breach of bonus terms is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on x8k:

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless the cash-out option is available.
• If an event is cancelled before the match begins, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting change continuously; the odds at the time the bet is accepted are final.
• Placing opposing bets (arbitrage) on the same event from a single account is prohibited.
• X8k reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Maximum bet limits vary by event and market and are set by x8k.

X8k uses advanced algorithms and manual review to ensure fairness in Sports Betting. Any bet found to be associated with match-fixing or manipulation of information will be voided.

7. Live Casino Rules

The x8k Live Casino section uses software from third-party game providers such as Evolution and Pragmatic Play. The respective provider's terms may also apply to those games.

• Live Casino game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and real dealers.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result is saved on the server and applied once you reconnect.
• In the event of a technical error during a game, the game provider's decision shall be final.
• Separate bonus terms and conditions may apply to casino games.

X8k ensures that all Live Casino games are fair and transparent. Game outcomes are never manually altered in favor of or against any user.

8. KYC & Identity Verification

To comply with international financial regulations and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, x8k may verify a user's identity. This applies in particular when:

• If total transactions within a given period exceed a specified threshold.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

X8k may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• For violating these Terms & Conditions.
• If it is proven that an account was created using false information.
• For operating multiple accounts.
• Involvement in bet manipulation, arbitrage, or any form of fraudulent activity.
• If there are indications of money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• If identified as a minor.

X8k will attempt to notify the user before closing an account. However, in cases of serious violations, immediate action may be taken without prior notice. If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.

10. Responsible Gaming

X8k believes that betting and gaming should be for entertainment purposes only. We are committed to fostering a responsible gaming culture. To that end, x8k provides the following tools:
